I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, right in the center of Boston and near a rail station, which was great for our business trip. The service was fantastic, with thoughtful and efficient staff. However, the rooms, although with a king size bed, were not attended to promptly, which was disappointing. The dining options were impressive with various choices, but the lack of vegan options was a drawback.
